High Temperature Ceramic Coated Turbos
We’ve spent the past few years helping racers, street rodders, motorcycle exhaust manufacturers and the U.S Army with their coating needs and save for a few bumps in the road, we’ve done well. We joke amongst ourselves at the shop and tell one another that successfully surviving the start up of a manufacturing company in Michigan these days is a pretty amazing feat all by itself. Aside from the commitment to succeed from the people invovled, it just goes to show how good the ceramic coating industry is and it has a bright future.
We believe a big part of that future is with the commercial truck market. For five years we’ve been keeping our noses to the grindstone doing our very best to collect data, conduct tests, and promote the information that we have compiled to the trucking companies, their clients, and owner operators across the board.
Our commitment is starting to show some results. Our most recent test results are showing a 2/10ths per mile improvement on some of the largest trucks on the road. With the cost of diesel continuing to rise, we know we’ve got a winner. The really cool part about ceramic technology on the larger trucks is that it actually does improve fuel economy with our robbing the vehicle of horsepower and torque. To the contrary, we’re actually seeing an increase in both the latter. Additionally, becuase of the increased temperatures confined in the exhaust and turbocharger due to the coating doing its job, the particulates in the exhaust system of further burned diminishing the carbon footprint of every vehicle we apply the technology to.
In short, we believe we can do the following with our technology:
1. Improve fuel economy upward of 10%
2. Save $.03 to $.08 cents per mile with a diesel truck
3. Increase horsepower and torque
4. Increase part life
5. Decrease the carbon footprint.

Check with us or your local ceramic coatings provider to see how they can help you or someone you know get this technology on any vehicle that is stressing the owner’s budget. This is a win win situation for all. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact me at 269-352-4503. I don’t have all the answers, but I do have the most important ones.
