We are currently working on a diesel project for Merchant Automotive in Zeeland, MI. Each of two systems consist of dual turbo set ups with associated exhaust manifolds and down pipes. These ceramic coated turbos have 2000F degree capability and will increase horsepower, torque, and improve fuel economy.
Also below is a picture is of a previous project we did. It’s a Stage II Turbo & Exhaust System Upgrade for a Frieghtliner. The system uses a combination of thermal barrier ceramic coatings and thermal dispersants to improve fuel economy while increasing horsepower and torque.
